Yes, we offer a referral bonus when you are referred by a current resident.

Guests are welcome, but they are not authorized to use on-site parking and pool access is limited to two guests at once.

Yes, discounts may be available for longer lease terms or advance rent payments.

No, subletting is not permitted.

Breaking your lease requires an upfront buyout fee equal to two months of your current rent, plus 60 days' notice. Rent continues to be collected during the 60-day notice period.

We currently only offer 12-month lease terms.

No, corporate leases are not available.

Pet Policy

Yes, we are a pet-friendly community.

Pet fees include a $150 deposit, a $150 one-time fee, and $35 per month per pet.

Yes, weight and breed restrictions apply for pets.

Yes, we have an on-site pet park for residents.

Amenities

Our amenities include a fitness center, heated pool, package lockers, and Tide laundry lockers.

Pool and deck areas are open daily from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

Yes, parking is available with garage spaces at $150 per month, $200 for a garage spot with an electric hook up, $200 for a tandem space, and $75 per month for our off-street parking lot.

All units come with in unit washer/dryer.

Standard appliances include a dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator, and washer/dryer.

No, furnished apartments are not available.

No, packages are not held at the leasing office but are placed in secure package lockers for pickup.

The fitness center is open 24 hours a day.

The fitness center features weight training equipment, cardio machines, and stretching areas.

Yes, public transportation is available near the property.

The community is located near The Precinct and Lunken Airport.

We are in the Cincinnati Public School District.

Residents can shop at nearby Kroger, Target, and local boutiques.

The nearest coffee shop is Starbucks, located within five minutes of the property.

Maintenance

Before move-in, we clean or replace carpets, perform a deep cleaning, and complete a thorough maintenance check.

Yes, we have on-site maintenance staff available.

You can submit maintenance requests through the online portal or contact the office directly.

Maintenance work orders are acknowledged within 48 business hours and completed in order of priority.

No, you do not need to be present for maintenance work to be performed.

If you are locked out after hours, call the emergency maintenance line. The on-call technician will provide access once you present valid ID showing the building address.

Yes, you may decorate your apartment as long as all holes are filled and walls are covered with one coat of white paint upon move-out.
